Strategic supervisors hand pick the members of their team, selecting professionals who are hopeful about clients and share Strategic's treatment philosophy. We believe that the most effective way to help children and adults is to involve their families and the other members of their social and support network. We believe in the possibility of change and that the best way to help clients change is to change the way that they interact with others.

I started Strategic to provide a place for children to receive quality services that include their families. Along the way, I have come to understand that one of the most important criteria for providing quality services is having a quality staff. You will find that many of our clinicians have more experience than is required for the positions that they hold. While at Strategic, they continue to receive both training and clinical supervision, constantly growing as professionals and in the quality of their work.
Our Intensive In-Home Team includes master-degreed family therapists who cone to Strategic with experience and training in family therapy and multi-systemic therapy and receive extensive training in these areas while at the agency. Our Day Treatment Teams include bachelors-level counselors trained to work with children with behavioral and emotional problems. Each program is led by an experienced supervisor, and a child therapist provides clinical guidances, does treatment planning, collaborates with other professionals, and assesses children for eligibility for the program.
