Home-based Therapist – wanted to provide individual, couples and family therapy to clients in their homes using a change oriented approach. This position requires a master’s degree, one year clinical experience, and desire to learn and apply strategic therapy. Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas.
Home-based Therapist Administrator – wanted to perform duties as noted above and to provide administrative management to a team of therapists including monitoring paperwork performance, assigning cases, and conducting employment development meetings. Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas.
Child & Family Services Specialists - wanted to oversee the client assessment and service coordination process to ensure clients receive appropriate services, case management, assist in case assignment, and complete planned follow-up after cases close. A bachelor’s degree in a human services related area and one year clinical experience required. Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas.
Therapeutic Companions – wanted to work with at-risk youth on a part time basis in a therapeutic day treatment settings including in and after school programs and summer day camps to keep children positively directed, helping them to avoid problem behaviors. Staff Development Supervisor – wanted to oversee mid-level managers and their teams, to assist in recruitment, training and professional development of day treatment staff. A bachelor’s degree in a human services related area and management experience is required. Position available in Dry Fork, VA.
