Home-based Therapist – wanted to provide individual, couples and family therapy to clients in their homes using a change oriented approach.  This position requires a master’s degree, one year clinical experience, and desire to learn and apply strategic therapy.  Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas. 



Home-based Therapist Administrator – wanted to perform duties as noted above and to provide administrative management to a team of therapists including monitoring paperwork performance, assigning cases, and conducting employment development meetings.  Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas. 



Child & Family Services Specialists - wanted to oversee the client assessment and service coordination process to ensure clients receive appropriate services, case management, assist in case assignment, and complete planned follow-up after cases close.  A bachelor’s degree in a human services related area and one year clinical experience required.  Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas.   



Therapeutic Companions – wanted to work with at-risk youth on a part time basis in a therapeutic day treatment settings including in and after school programs and summer day camps to keep children positively directed, helping them to avoid problem behaviors.  Positions available in Lynchburg and Danville areas.



Staff Development Supervisor – wanted to oversee mid-level managers and their teams, to assist in recruitment, training and professional development of day treatment staff.  A bachelor’s degree in a human services related area and management experience is required.  Position available in Dry Fork, VA.
